Day 1 HO CHI MINH CITY / CAI BE / VINH LONG / CAN THO
Depart from your hotel and drive to Cai Be in the heart of the Mekong Delta. On arrival, board a sampan for a trip on the Mekong River and its myriad canals to Vinh Long. Visit an old colonial house, a rice popcorn factory and taste local delicacies for lunch. In the afternoon, continue the journey to Can Tho, the largest town of the Mekong Delta. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 2 CAN THO / CAI RANG / CHAU DOC
After breakfast, board a sampan to visit Cai Rang floating market and a fruit garden (Ba Cong) and then drive to Chau Doc near the Cambodian border. Check into your hotel and in the afternoon travel through a fascinating floating village where fish are bred in their natural environment and learn more about Cham culture while visiting a small village and its mosque. End the day at Sam Mountain, a popular pilgrimage site with a collection of Chinese, Cham and Khmer temples. Overnight in Chau Doc.
Day 3 CHAU DOC / PHNOM PENH
After an early breakfast, take a boat at 7h30 and cross the Cambodian border to reach Phnom Penh. Arrive in Phnom Penh by midday. End of our services.
